Project Overview
The Southern Nevada Forensic Facility represented a significant investment in behavioral health infrastructure for the State of Nevada. Located on the Health and Human Services campus on West Charleston in Las Vegas, the facility was designed to serve approximately 282 beds for individuals awaiting adjudication and requiring treatment to competency. The design accommodated phased construction to support gradual population growth over a projected fifteen-year horizon. Spanning the full arc from advance planning through construction documents, the project demanded a clear, compelling narrative to communicate both its scale and its public health mission. PRESWERX supported the pursuit with proposal development, presentation materials, coaching, renderings, and animations.

Client Challenges
The client faced a competitive pursuit where communicating the facility's scale and specialized purpose required more than technical documentation:
The facility's mission, serving a specialized forensic population, required careful framing to connect program intent with physical design in a way non-technical evaluators could follow.
A phased construction approach spanning fifteen years of anticipated population growth had to read as a cohesive, unified vision rather than a fragmented plan.
Differentiating the team in a competitive selection demanded presentation materials that conveyed both deep expertise and a genuine commitment to public health outcomes.
Together, these challenges required every pursuit element to tell the same unified story.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials for the Southern Nevada Forensic Facility. The team developed the proposal to organize the client's qualifications and approach into a narrative that addressed the State Public Works Division's evaluation criteria. Purpose-built renderings visualized the facility's architectural intent before a single phase of construction began, giving reviewers a clear picture of the finished environment. Animations brought the phased construction sequence to life, making a complex, multi-phase delivery strategy easy to understand at a glance. Targeted presentation coaching prepared the client's team to communicate the full scope and mission with confidence during the live selection interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a storytelling challenge, aligning every deliverable around the facility's public health purpose and the client's technical depth:
The proposal was structured to directly address forensic facility requirements, tying program outcomes to design decisions throughout the submission.
Renderings and animations were developed to close the gap between technical drawings and the evaluator's ability to visualize the finished facility and its phased delivery.
Coaching sessions sharpened the presentation team's delivery, ensuring the live interview matched the quality and clarity of the written submission.
The result was a cohesive, well-prepared pursuit package that conveyed both competence and care for the project's mission.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete, submission-ready pursuit package that held every element to a high standard of clarity and visual quality:
The proposal organized a technically complex scope into an accessible, evaluator-friendly narrative tied directly to the State's program criteria.
Renderings and animations gave the review panel a vivid, confident picture of the facility before construction began, translating phased complexity into a clear and credible vision.
Coaching sessions ensured the client's team entered the live interview prepared, polished, and aligned on key messages.
The client was fully equipped to present the Southern Nevada Forensic Facility as a thoughtful, credible, and well-considered solution to the State's long-term behavioral health needs.
