Project Overview
Palm Beach International Airport undertook a significant pavement rehabilitation program targeting Runway 10L/28R, a primary operational runway at one of South Florida's busiest commercial airports. The project encompassed full-depth asphalt pavement rehabilitation, removal of asphalt shoulders, and comprehensive airfield electrical upgrades including runway lighting and signage rehabilitation. Operating within an active airport environment required precise coordination with airport operations to protect safety and minimize impacts to flight schedules. The engineering firm selected to lead the pursuit engaged PRESWERX to develop a full proposal and presentation package capable of communicating the technical scope and team qualifications to airport leadership.

Client Challenges
The client faced a demanding pursuit challenge in a high-stakes context: making a technically complex, multi-system airfield rehabilitation project legible and compelling to a diverse evaluation panel.
Organizing pavement, electrical, lighting, and signage work into one cohesive scope narrative evaluators could follow
Differentiating the team in a competitive selection field against other qualified engineering firms
Preparing presenters for a live interview before airport leadership with structured, confident delivery
Each challenge pointed to the same need: structured content, a clear narrative, and a team ready to deliver.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package supporting the client's proposal and interview for the Runway 10L/28R Pavement Rehabilitation project at Palm Beach International Airport. Proposal development included structuring the written submission to clearly articulate the rehabilitation scope, covering asphalt pavement, shoulder removal, and airfield electrical systems including runway lighting and signage. PRESWERX then developed a presentation that walked airport evaluators through the team's approach in a logical, visually organized sequence. The engagement concluded with presentation coaching, where PRESWERX worked directly with the client team to sharpen message delivery, prepare for evaluator questions, and build confidence ahead of the selection event.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the proposal, presentation, and coaching as three phases of one integrated story rather than separate deliverables, ensuring a consistent narrative carried through every element of the pursuit.
Developed a proposal narrative centered on safety, operational continuity, and technical precision
Designed a presentation that guided evaluators through the project scope and team qualifications in a clear visual sequence
Coached the team to deliver their message with consistency and confidence in a live interview format
Every element of the submission reinforced the same story, from the written proposal through the live interview.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete, client-ready pursuit package that held together from the written proposal through the live interview.
The proposal organized a technically complex, multi-system rehabilitation scope into a clear, evaluator-focused narrative grounded in safety and operational precision
The presentation gave airport stakeholders a structured visual walkthrough of the team's approach, scope, and qualifications
Presentation coaching built the team's confidence and consistency, preparing them to deliver their message under the pressure of a competitive interview
The client entered the selection process with a polished submission and a team fully prepared to make their case.
