Project Overview

A $1,000,000 new family life center at Riverside Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville, Florida expanded the congregation's campus with a purpose-built facility for recreation, administration, and community gathering. The single-story, approximately 14,300- square-foot building housed a basketball court as its centerpiece recreational space, alongside offices, administrative areas, and assembly spaces that would serve the church's community programs and daily operations. As a faith-based project for an owner deeply invested in the quality and character of their campus, the building carried significance beyond its square footage. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce renderings and animations to support the pursuit.

Client Challenges

Pursuing a new family life center for a faith-based owner required the client to communicate both the building's functional versatility and its fit within the church's community mission:

  • Visualizing a 14,300 SF multi-use building, including a basketball court, office spaces, and assembly areas, before construction began.

  • Communicating the character and quality of a facility that would serve as a gathering place for the congregation and surrounding community.

  • Differentiating the team for a church owner whose selection would be guided by trust and alignment with the parish's values.

The client needed visuals that captured the warmth and purpose of a communitycentered building.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the Riverside Presbyterian Church Family Life Center, developing visual assets that brought the new 14,300- square-foot community building to life for the church owner. Renderings captured the building's exterior character and the quality of the interior spaces, including the recreational area housing the basketball court, administrative offices, and assembly areas. Animations conveyed the flow and atmosphere of the completed facility, giving the congregation a clear and inviting picture of the finished community center. Together, the deliverables gave the client a compelling visual tool for communicating the project's purpose and quality to a faith-based owner.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX focused on producing visuals that communicated the warmth and community purpose of the family life center alongside its functional program. The team addressed three priorities:

  • Rendering the building's exterior and interior spaces with attention to the character and atmosphere a church owner would expect of a congregational gathering facility.

  • Animating the flow between recreational, administrative, and assembly spaces to show the building's versatility as a community hub.

  • Producing assets calibrated to the expectations of a faith-based owner making a community-centered investment.

The result was a visual package that made the building's purpose as clear as its program.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a set of renderings and animations that gave the Riverside Presbyterian Church Family Life Center pursuit a warm, purpose-driven visual identity:

  • Renderings captured the exterior character and interior quality of the new facility, giving the church a clear picture of the finished community building.

  • Animations brought the building's recreational, administrative, and assembly spaces to life, communicating the facility's versatility and congregational purpose.

  • The visual package gave the client a compelling tool for presenting a community investment that matched the church's values and vision.

The client went into the pursuit with visuals that accurately reflected the quality and spirit of the project.
