The Oklahoma City Thunder New Arena was a $690,000,000 multipurpose professional sports and entertainment venue in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The project encompassed a minimum of 750,000 square feet of arena programming, a parking garage with at least 650 spaces, and all furniture, fixtures, and equipment, situated within a defined city block bounded by four major downtown streets. The Oklahoma City Public Property Authority served as the procuring agency.
