Project Overview

The Metro Christian Academy Early Childhood and High School project was a $5,000,000 new construction initiative in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for Metro Christian Academy. The planned two-story building encompassed 81,150 square feet, housing a new gymnasium, administrative offices, and classrooms serving both early childhood and high school students, with alternates available to adjust the classroom scope and overall footprint. The project also included new mechanical systems to serve both the new and existing campus buildings, a new parking lot, and additional road access from the east. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit by developing the proposal, renderings, and animations.

Client Challenges

Private school construction pursuits combine tight budget parameters with high expectations for design quality and campus character. The client faced specific challenges going into this selection:

  • Communicating a multi-use program spanning early childhood and high school facilities within a defined budget, with flexible alternate scope options

  • Visualizing design quality for a private school owner making a significant investment in their campus

  • Differentiating the team in a relationship-driven pursuit environment where design vision and trust carry real weight

Renderings and animations were essential for helping the owner see the potential of the project before committing to it.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a pursuit proposal, architectural renderings, and animations to support the client's submission to Metro Christian Academy. The proposal outlined the client's qualifications and approach to a two-story, multi-use educational building serving both early childhood and high school programs, including the mechanical upgrades, site work, and alternate scope options. Renderings visualized the building's design quality and campus fit, giving the owner a concrete sense of what the finished project would look and feel like. Animations extended that visualization, communicating the spatial experience of the gymnasium, classrooms, and shared facilities in a format suited to a private school decision-maker.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this pursuit knowing that private school owners evaluate on design vision and trust as much as technical qualifications.

  • Developed a proposal structured around the academy's full program: gymnasium, classrooms for early childhood and high school, mechanical systems, and site improvements

  • Produced renderings focused on design quality and campus integration, showing the building in the context of the existing school

  • Created animations to give the owner a first-person sense of the spaces before any commitment was made

The materials were built to earn trust as much as to demonstrate capability

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a proposal, architectural renderings, and animations tailored to a private school owner weighing a significant campus investment.

  • The proposal presented the client's approach to a flexible, multi-use educational building with clear handling of the alternate scope options

  • Renderings gave Metro Christian Academy a concrete, design-forward view of what the building would contribute to their campus

  • Animations communicated the feel of the interior spaces in a way that still imagery alone could not

The client entered the selection with materials strong enough to match the owner's investment and vision.
