Project Overview
Lake County issued a Construction Manager/General Contractor at Risk procurement for a new Supervisor of Elections Administrative Office and Warehouse Facility in Tavares, Florida. The 50,000 square foot facility combined equal portions of administrative and warehouse space, with an all-in budget of $9,375,000 covering site development, construction, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, landscaping, signage, security, and parking. The project required a single team to deliver both program types within a tight budget while meeting the operational demands of a government elections facility. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings and animations in support of the competitive pursuit.
