Project Overview
Dell Robison Middle School was a full campus replacement for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project encompassed construction of a new 128,310-square-foot facility designed to serve 1,000 students, built on the existing school site while the original buildings remained unoccupied throughout active construction. The scope included abatement and demolition of existing structures, new buildings, courts, a parking lot, off-site improvements, and complete wet and dry utility installation. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the pursuit materials that would tell the full story of this complex, site-constrained replacement project.
Client Challenges
The client faced a demanding pursuit: articulating a technically complex, site-constrained school replacement as a clear, compelling story for a public agency selection panel. The key challenges included:
Communicating the complexity of building a new school on the same site as an existing campus that remained unoccupied but still structurally present throughout construction
Visualizing a 128,310-square-foot facility before construction began, giving evaluators a concrete sense of the finished school's design quality and site integration
Differentiating the team's approach to sequencing, safety, and community impact in a competitive public bid managed by a large school district
Preparing the team to present with confidence and precision in a live interview setting
Together, these challenges required a pursuit package that was both technically credible and visually persuasive.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package for the Dell Robison Middle School replacement, tailored to the demands of a Clark County School District competitive selection. The team produced a fully designed proposal that organized the project scope and the client's qualifications into a coherent, evaluator-ready narrative. Architectural renderings depicted the new 128,310-square-foot campus in finished form, giving the panel a clear picture of design quality and site integration. Animated sequences communicated construction phasing and site logistics. PRESWERX also designed and coached the client's presentation, preparing the team for every element of the live interview.
