Project Overview
The client pursued a significant renovation opportunity within one of college football's most iconic venues: Darrell K. Royal Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, Texas. The project encompassed a comprehensive interior renovation of Bellmont Hall across the first three levels, transforming aging academic and athletic support facilities to meet the evolving needs of the University of Texas Department of Kinesiology and Health Education. Updated classrooms, lecture halls, faculty labs, training classrooms, and dedicated space for Texas Cheer and Pom formed the core of the scope. PRESWERX supported the pursuit through proposal development, presentation design, and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
Communicating a multi-program renovation inside one of the most recognized stadiums in college football required a pursuit strategy that went well beyond a standard submittal:
The renovation encompassed academic, athletic support, and specialty programming across multiple occupied floors, making it difficult to present the full scope as a single, coherent story.
Bellmont Hall's institutional prominence raised expectations for how the project team communicated sensitivity to the building's identity and the university's long-term vision.
In a competitive selection environment, the client needed a proposal and presentation that elevated its qualifications beyond a list of past projects and gave the owner confidence from first submission through the interview.
The breadth of the program and the stature of the owner made a clear, compelling pursuit strategy essential.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package to support the client's bid on the Bellmont Hall renovation. The team developed proposal content that organized a complex, multi-program scope spanning classrooms, labs, athletic support spaces, and specialty programming into a clear narrative suited to a university owner. A custom presentation translated the client's technical approach and project understanding into slides designed for a non-construction audience. PRESWERX also facilitated presentation coaching sessions, preparing the client's team to deliver their message with consistency, clarity, and conviction during the selection interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX framed the pursuit as a storytelling challenge: helping the client communicate why their approach to a complex, phased renovation inside an active campus landmark was the right fit for an institution with high standards and a deeply invested community.
Developed a proposal narrative that presented the multi-floor, multi-program renovation as a unified vision rather than a disconnected list of scope items.
Designed a presentation that reflected the identity and stature of the venue, reinforcing the client's respect for the building's significance and the university's priorities.
Facilitated coaching sessions to sharpen message delivery and align the team around a confident, consistent voice for the selection interview.
The result was a pursuit package that gave the client a clear story and a team prepared to own every room they walked into.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete pursuit package calibrated to the expectations of a major university owner and the competitive demands of a high-profile stadium renovation:
The proposal organized a wide-ranging scope into a focused, readable narrative that aligned with the owner's program goals and the institutional significance of the project.
The presentation brought visual cohesion to the client's approach, giving reviewers a clear picture of how the team would manage a complex, phased renovation inside one of the most recognized sports venues in the country.
Coaching sessions equipped the client's team to enter the selection interview prepared, aligned, and confident in how they told their story.
The client went into the selection with a polished, well-rehearsed pursuit package and a team ready to deliver it.
