Project Overview

The Children's Pavilion at Orlando Health was a six-story, 190,000-square-foot medical facility in Orlando, Florida, built to deliver multidisciplinary pediatric care to the region. The project encompassed preconstruction services beginning at Design Development completion, covering GMP development, permitting, construction, and close-out coordination, all working toward a move-in ready facility for Orlando Health. The client engaged PRESWERX to sharpen the pursuit and support the full selection process. PRESWERX developed a comprehensive proposal package, produced a polished interview presentation, provided hands-on presentation coaching for the client's team, and created films to bring the project vision to life.

Client Challenges

The client faced a high-stakes healthcare pursuit with several distinct storytelling and performance challenges:

  • Communicating a complex, 190,000-square-foot, six-story program as a single, cohesive narrative for the selection committee

  • Visualizing the quality and character of pediatric care before a single wall was constructed

  • Differentiating the design-build team in a competitive selection environment

  • Preparing the interview team to deliver a confident, polished presentation under live conditions

Every element of the submission needed to work together to convey the client's capability and commitment to Orlando Health's vision.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials built around the specific demands of the Children's Pavilion selection. The team developed a proposal document that structured the client's qualifications, technical approach, and project understanding into a persuasive, committee-ready submission. PRESWERX also produced the client's interview presentation, designing slides that translated a large and complex program into a clear, compelling visual story. Presentation coaching sessions prepared the client's spokespeople to deliver their message with confidence and handle committee questions effectively. PRESWERX also produced films that gave Orlando Health a vivid, cinematic view of what the completed facility would mean for patients and families.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a unified storytelling challenge, building every deliverable around a consistent narrative that would resonate with Orlando Health's selection committee:

  • Structured the proposal to take evaluators on a logical journey through the client's qualifications, approach, and understanding of the project's clinical and operational requirements

  • Designed the interview presentation to reinforce the proposal's core themes, creating a cohesive experience across all submission touchpoints

  • Coached the client's presenters on message delivery, pacing, and responding to committee questions with clarity and conviction

The result was a pursuit where every piece of work supported and strengthened the others.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package held to the highest standard of clarity, cohesion, and visual quality:

  • The proposal gave evaluators a structured, compelling account of the client's capabilities, approach, and commitment to the project's success

  • The interview presentation and coaching sessions left the client's team prepared to speak confidently and fluently about the Children's Pavilion

  • The films provided a powerful visual layer that conveyed the human impact of what the completed facility would mean to patients, families, and the Orlando Health system

The client entered the selection fully prepared, with a polished submission and a team ready to perform at their best.
